Autumn Chase Hunt HOA Board
Posted on Aug 8th, 2018

Homeowners,

As your advocate on the Autumn Chase Hunt HOA Board, I'm happy to report that we have been able to keep your HOA dues level for the past three years.  Now I hate to be the one to break the news but it is time we implement an increase to help ensure the future financial stability of the Association and avoid any out of cycle special assessments.

No, we are not in any financial trouble, books look great.  It is just that the inflation rate has been at about a 2% for the past three years and we have felt that in our contract vehicles for trash collection, lawn care and community management.  So at the last Board meeting the board approved what works out to a 3.25% increase rounded to the nearest dollar which means that effective 1 January 2019, HOA dues for townhomes will go from $215.00 a quarter to $222.00 a quarter and for single family homes, HOA dues will go from $180.00 a quarter to $186.00 a quarter.  This adjustment is expected to hold steady for the next two years.

Remember, dues are paid in advance of the quarter on 1 January, 1 April, 1 July and 1 October.  You have 30 days before a late fee of $50.00 is imposed.  The late fee is imposed thereafter, every month that your account is in arears i.e., has a balance due.

Blacktop Resealing, Striping & Curb Painting
Monday, August 13th to Saturday, August 18th
Residents in the townhome section of Autumn Chase Hunt

From 13 - 18 August 2018 Capital Line Striping will be resealing, striping and repainting the curbs. They will accomplish this in five (5) 24 hour phases.  Each phase runs from 0900 one day to 0900 the next. Attached is the schedule and map that outlines each phase. Please review to see when your street will be impacted.

Sage Drive and Oregano Lane are on Monday 13 August (Phase 1).  Monday is also trash and recycle day. American Disposal will complete trash pickup on these two streets commencing at 6 a.m.  Recommend containers be placed out the night before.  Unfortunately, they will not be able to accommodate recycle or yard debris pick up.  No other streets should be impacted for this project.

During each phase, cars will not be permitted to drive on or park in the area being treated. This is to ensure the sealing process cures properly. Please plan accordingly. Vehicles impeding the work will be towed at the owner’s expense.
